FLYLACES GIFT CERTIFICATE RULES

Contest Terms and Conditions

1. The sponsor of this contest is Flylaces (Sponsor), via website www.flylaces.com.
2. Qualifying entries/participants that provide the first and last name of the person(s) who referred them to www.flylaces.com, at order check out, will be automatically entered to win a $100 online gift certificate (for use only at www.flylaces.com).
3. This contest begins March 1, 2012 and ends April 30, 2012. All entries must be received during foresaid dates.
4. One (1) $100 online gift certificate will be given away to an end-user twice a month (March 1, 2012 thru April 30, 2012). Unclaimed prize(s) will be forfeited.
5. Winners will be notified no later than July 30, 2012 via phone or email.
6. This contest is valid worldwide and is void where prohibited by law.
7. Random drawing - odds of winning will solely depend on numbers of entries received. All entrants have an equal chance of winning.
8. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed.
9. Flylaces Sales Representatives Agencies and their employees, and employees of www.flylaces.com or its subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible for entry.
10. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
11. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in printing.
12. No purchase is necessary.
13. Illegible entries and those deemed not in compliance with these contest terms and conditions (including providing all required information) will be disqualified.
14. Sponsor is not responsible for submissions, entries, claims or notices, which are lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or postage due or for lost or stolen entries or events out of sponsor’s control.
15. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize of equal or greater value.
16. The list identifying the winners will be posted on www.flylaces.com beginning March 31, 2012.
